Good news sweetnell I dont have a group that I know of. Lol!! I am computer literate,however if you are wanting computer programs such as slides or something like that, that isn't me. One thing I do know is that spring creek bbq lets you book the conference room for free and the bbq and veggies are good for people who do low carbs. We just have To ignore the deserts.

I set June 22,2013 in Tijuana. Same day surgery, because I did not want to sit around and get scared about it. I'm excited, two months will fly by.

I'm 2 months out and still struggle with getting all my liquids in. Just do your best and any concerns call your doctor. -
You can do anything you set your mind too, it's all in how you work your sleeve.

I'm an open book, I really do not care who knows or judges me, because I did it for no one but me and health and well being. -
So wish I would known this sooner. I'm 6 weeks out and I was soooo nauseous about a week ago that even looking at food made me sick. Thank u for the pointers, I sure will remember it if it happens again.
