Well Brother, I would guess 6 weeks. I have been chomping at the bit to ride our greatPumpkin (Goldwing GL1800) and have felt great. Was told by our Dr. just because I'm healed on the outside, the insides need the time to recover. So don't push it like we "men" do, I have been a really good boy because I want to stay on schedule! -

Gee Wiz, that doesn't sound like fun Well, my motivation came from our Family Doctor after this winter of what we thought was a heart attack. He said, "loose weight or die!" My thought is there is to much to live for and I want to make it another 23 years to make our children and grand children nuts! Hang in clacognata74 take it slow, do what you have been taught, you can do it........!

Good Day Boys and Girls.......! Had my 3 week check up today and our group meeting to get the next 3 weeks of food information. Very happy with how things have been going and are going! Hey NWgirl........! Nope, herMajesty and I live in Olympia. Went to Dr McMahon's seminar in Federal Way, then all the pre-op and op was in Seattle. Great crew, everyone is so helpfull.......! Congratulations with your success, your ticker says it all....!
