Discovered Smari brand organic Icelandic yogurt recently. The vanilla is sooo delish! Zero fat and 18g of protein in one 6oz container, sugar content is 16g. It is, however, a bit more expensive than other brands, but the ingredient list is impressive: Organic grade A pasturized skim milk, organic cane sugar, organic vanilla extract...then lists four types of live cultures. I need to stock up!
