    2Nd Month Anniversary

    I have only lost 15 lbs since surgery. I thought I would of lost more.

    Eating 6 Meals A Day

    My Dr instructed me to eat only three meals a day. I get hungry in between meals. I want to start eating 6 meals a day by splitting my 3 meals in half. Has anybody had any success with the six meals? I have not had any fills.
  3. I have been eating mainly soft foods. Yogurt,soups,shakes. I ate some chicken the other day and I thought I was gonna pass out I was in so much pain I must of not chewed the food long enough. I am sticking to my soft foods.

    A protein shake should be used a meal replacement. At least that's what my dr said

    Pizza

    I was looking online for a low carb pizza recipe and I found one that uses egg as the crust. Just cook the egg as you would an omlet. Place egg circle on a pizza pan and top with vegis, cheese and sauce bake for 10min. I tried it for lunch today. It was good alternative to pizza crust

    Diet Pills

    I'm a new band member and I'm hungry. I'm taking natural saffron to curve my carb/sugar cravings and it helps with moods. I do notice a difference when I take it.

    blend greek yogurt with a few berries and freeze. Its sooo good.
