Oh PB & J sounds good. I had the brownie flavor today and I hated it!! I took 2 bites and out it went. A few days ago I had the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was delicious! My fave so far!!

I heard about the Cinnamon Roll! Definitely trying that one! I heard some people warm them up?? Does anyone know how long to put it in the microwave?

Thanks! Just saw them while I was doing some shopping and was curious. I can't take those shakes anymore. They make me throw up But I am finding other things to eat for Protein now that I'm farther out! -

I was sleeved the 13th also. I'm down 28 pounds but have been in a stall for a week now. -
I'm 3 weeks post op today. So far I'm down 28 pounds!! Yay! My question is how long before the pain at the incision site go away? It's getting better but that's the only thing that's still bothering me. Thanks, Chrissy

Wellbutrin works!! Ask your doctor about it. A lot of people prefer it to chantix. I've heard some horror stories about chantix. After a few weeks on Wellbutrin you won't even crave a cig. And you will be really happy!

I got my approval yesterday!! I called for my surgery date and it's 11/13/12. I guess i'm shocked it so soon. I don't feel like as I'm prepared as I should be. I'm going over the list of vitamins I need to get and it's a bit overwhelming. I'm freaking out and happy at the same time!! Starting my liquid diet on Monday. Yikes!!
