I had both done during my sleeve procedure. I felt great after and still do. I did not know I had the hernias so I was surprised when he told me he fixed them -
I started losing mine 4 months out. I ended up cutting it short to give it a thick appearance. It has started thickening up but length wise it is growing slower than normal. I take bioten and it helped.
