I am 10 days post op and also started taking liquid vitamins when I got home, which helps my energy. Also, walking helps. Good luck to you!

It was very painful for me. But it passed. How are you and others coming along?

I was sleeved on Monday 7/30 and thank God i am doing well!! My surgery eas fine except that dr Z discovered a hiatal hernia and repaired it. I came home on Tuesday and have been sipping, walking and sleeping with bouts of energy for doing things aroind the house. My pain comes from the main incision from which the stomach was removed from. Down 3 lbs since Tuesday!! I pray that everyone else is doing well. for those waiting, the time will fly by.

I am here! 2 hours early. Feeling afraid of the unknown yet hopeful for a healthier body. Blessings to those having surgery this week. I will check in as soon as i can!

Did not get to finish writing as the nurse called me in i wanted to verify thst i would be off work for two weeks and was just informed that i will be off four weeks. Yikes!!!!!!

My surgery date is July 30th. You are not alone!

I have a five year old active poodle. He lives to play and cuddle. I'm wondering if i should board him for the first few days after the surgery. Any ideas?

My appointment went well. Dr. Zelada performed a thoriugh medical history and explained the good, bad and in between. He's dreamy. I was contacted by the scheduler the next day. My surgery is scheduled for 7/30. Apparently the doctor is reputable and in high demand. Pre-op is scheduled for 7/24.

Ii met with my surgeon yesterday and wwas scheduled for 7/30. Looking forward for whats to c come. Current weight is 299. Goal weight is 170
