I just realized why my craving was so bad! Last night(Saturday) I fell asleep and didn't take my 1mg chantix! I almost would bet my life on it bc after day 3 it wasn't that bad.

I'm surprised anyone is with the carbs that are in them. IMO 20g carbs is high but while writing this, the point is to lose fat around the liver and not weight, so I guess since they are no or low far it makes since! Nevermind go on with your business LOL

I found the 0% in menthol at Racetrack and went to Walmart to see if they had 0% in regular but didn't and decided to call a Racetrack about 15 min away in a bigger city and they have the 0% Regular!! This relieves me so much! No nicotine so no addiction and I'll still be smoke free! Y'all don't know how happy I am right now lol. I'll be so happy when this ADDICTION is kicked!

OK so I had an OSTER Personal Blender that came with the cup and made it portable to take with you on the go. Well It worked ok but I noticed it made everything EXTREMELY FOAMY and their was usually a few bigger ice chips in the bottom and i just didn't like that! lol SO I looked online and Walmart(I HATE this place but i digress) had the NINJA BL201 for $79.00(A little pricey BUT well worth it!) which included 2 travel cups with lids & A large regular blender container. I have heard nothing but good about the NINJA products so I thougt, I am going to be blending for the rest of my life, I may as well spend another $50 and be able to use it for my food as well, plus i got an extra cup AND it has a 550Watt motor vs the 250 in the OSTER. Well when I got home I tried it and WOW, That thing made a slushy out of ice. It literally cut that ice up and made it look kinda look like snow. It melted as soon as you touched it, that is how small the ice crystals were. Something different about this is that it comes with 4 different blades! 2 are dough blades, it makes pizza & cookie dough! Just what I need LOL!!! 1 goes in the large blender and has 4 blades to cut with, they are extremely sharp and the placement is not like any other. The other is the cup size blade that fits at the top of the cup so you can blend right in the cup, well I immediately noticed just by looking at these that they are Sharp vs the OSTER which had the same looking blades but i could rub my thumb across them and feel nothing but hard metal dull blades. These are actually sharp! You can see the sharpness and I think between actually having sharp blades and 550 Watts makes a HUGE difference! I know I will be very happy with this & others will be too if you buy it. Anyway I just wanted to tell everyone about it since I was happy with my purchase! Good GOD that was AWFUL! OK so i remember I HATED wearing my shorts/pants below my actual waist, which is just below the belly button. Well of course after getting into anything over a 36/38 I HAD to wear it under my waist, which meant UNDER my belly(yuck). Well I guess I had just forgotten that my pant size really isn't my true pant size because I'm not wearing it on my waist! So as I said I measured, well where I have been wearing my pants I am a 44, well where my waist really is, I'm a FREAKING 53! GROSS! I was totally disgusted! I am an EFFIN WHALE! It makes me really sad to know I am this big because I didn't know I was that big! Anyway, I just wanted to complain! Thank God this surgery is in 17 days! Johnathan

Honestly a 32 and 40 aren't that much different at all! We are talking small differences! See the image below. I'm going to ask my Dr but It isn't a huge deal to me if he goes with a 32 or a 40. I know I will lose lots of weight and get to Goal within a year no matter which one he uses and as long as I eat slow and drink a lot I will be ok. Johnathan

I bet it does! It has the same blades as the bigger one on mine...the only reason I bought this over that one was b/c I liked that I could blend with the cups and just go with no clean up b/c I hate extra clean up LOL And I also thought about the stuff i would be blending and thought if i were to make a big batch of Soup or something I could use that to blend. AND Most of all I really like to shop and spend money and that is probably why i got the more expensive one HAHA(thats awful! i know lol)

I'm not post op yet lol...But none of my post op food paperwork says anything about it. I'll ask about it tomorrow and let you know for sure!

Just make sure you get UNSWEETENED! The sweetened has 18g carbs and i accidentally picked it up & had to take it back LOL but they have Unflavored Unsweetened and Vanilla Unsweetened...I have both...I figure I'll use the Vanilla for Vanilla Protein as it should give it an extra kick and the vanilla really isn't all that sweet or anything so thats nice!

That is the BEST chicken broth you can have! I will probably end up doing that myself because I can't stand the taste of CANNED chicken broth! It just tastes AWFUL to me!

Surely NOT! You can't get any lighter when it comes to a milk product. I also bought some OJ today, I think it's called Tropicana 50, it has 50 calories BUT 12 carbs for 8oz which is kinda high but i figure if you put it in your Protein shake, you can have up to about 50g a day that it shouldn't be horrible...It is something different to add ya know! Add it to the Fuzzy Navel, with some of the frozen peaches or some strawberries. I also thought about taking unjury Vanilla, Strawberries and banana and see how a smoothie goes with that!
