They say that I never even had an EKG! That is the problem. They didn't even put it in my file! It could be in someone else's file. My test is floating around somewhere.

Not to where I have LOST someones medical records, and then in not so many words called them a Liar or just plain Ignorant. No I have not done that! Besides, this is about them, not me! They won't even admit to a mistake, they say that I am mistaken, so yes that pisses me off and I have every right to be upset about it! If you don't feel that way then I'm sorry about that but this is how I feel & this message board permits me to say how I feel.

I totally think it could be an epidemic! Their are a lot of overweight people in the US especially! The report that came out in 2012 said this about the top 10 fattest countries: 1. US (SURPRISE!) 2. Mexico 3. New Zealand 4. Chile 5. Austrailia 6. Canada 7. United Kingdom 8.Ireland 9.Luxembourg 10.Finland It also said that Asia & The US has grown even more obese by 4-5% over the past 2 years(since the study in 2010. We are the fattest nation and it is so sad, the World average per person is 130 some odd pounds, the US average per person 180 some odd pounds! BIG difference! Yes my friend I would call it an epidemic!

I can somewhat agree BUT not totally because I can put it on pretty smooth and here I am single! I'm definitely not unattractive, just FAT! lol I know once I lose weight I will LOOK more desireable. Gay men especially are SO VAIN!!!

Both of you MGM & Gramaof4 are amazing women to have held it together for so long without the support of your husbands! You are both going to do great with this surgery & have extremely happy lives no matter what happens. Of Course I want everuthing to work out for you but sometimes it just doesn't work. My mother has been divorced twice! Both of them were jerks! Patrick- Your wife is extremely lucky to have you! You gave great advice to these ladies!' And for those of you that are having a coronary about people having a laugh, get over it, these ladies have no problems with anyone having a good time, nobody was making fun of anyone's situations. Ok so I have my Q&A with him, I know some stuff about him already, not specifics..I know I want to use him b/c he is a good surgeon and everyone that i have talked to him that has used him is very pleased...SO Here are the questions I have complied: How many sleeves have you done? How many out of those had complications? What size bougie do you use? Do you over sew the staple line? How many incisions do you make & can you use my previous gallbladder incisions? How do you test for leaks? My current pain meds are Oxycodone 15mg and Methadone 10mg, the Nurse said you would be able to give them to me for post op, is this accurate? Is it a problem to for out of state patients to get Class II narcotics filled there and if so can you mail me the scripts so i can fill them before I leave GA? Will i take blood thinners after surgery? In your opinion how do people fail with this surgery? What will my first follow up visit include and how soon do i have one after the 1st week? How often will i need to have bloodwork done at home? What Vitamins and minerals do you think I should be taking after surgery? Can i have a DVD of my surgery? That is all I can think of..I had 1 more question but I forgot it!!! If anyone can come up with anything else they think I should know I would appreciate it! My phone call is at 6PM Eastern time. The people i've talked to that he has sleeved said he doesn't use a drain so i don't think i'll ask just b/c i'm sure he still doesn't and i don't wanna ask him 10,000 questions LOL

Just got my surgery date!!!! So excited! I'm officially a July Sleevster!

Dang I can't believe it's already been a week! Just seems like a few days I remember you going in lol All that sounds good to me lol and 20lb in a week is AWESOME!

I'm betting tomorrow will be better for you! I really can't think of any side effects that Chantix has given me. I hear a lot of people have really vivid dreams but I can't remember one dream i've had in 16 days! I constantly had cough drops in my mouth and someone here recommended a peppermint stick which helped too to keep in my hand and mouth, but I also found a pen was helpful in my hand when driving, etc. But I did get the Nicotine Free 0% e-cigarette filter to use bc I really wanted a cigarette and didn't want the nicotine or any other chemicals to set me back to fail! And it did help my craving..just havaing something to puff on ya know! Good luck & if you have any questions, just ask!

I'm out looking for 0% Nicotine cartridges for my e-cigarette bc I'm really wanting one but refuse to smoke a real cigarette or an e cigarette with nicotine. Today at 3 pm will be 6 days! I hope mine says I don't like much of anything anymore LOL Because I do love food! I love to cook and bake! Italian and mexican are my faves! But I love good fried chicken too! LOL I just love food dammit, I DO! But, I just don't feel full all the time & that will be the biggest improvement with this sleeve! I will actually feel full!
