    Thank You SO MUCH about posting the where you found the Spoons & Forks because I have had HORRIBLE luck finding any! I refuse to use BABY & TODDLER plastic forks and spoons!!!!! DO YOU HEAR ME? REFUSE!!! LOL After I go see my Dr. today I am going to Bed Bath & Beyond to get some! Johnathan

    I ended up having to get another one. They know I was there, and had it done. I dealt with a completely different group of people this time with the EKG and they were very competent and she had them my EKG the same day! It was very refreshing knowing nothing else would go wrong! I kept my receipts where I paid, believe me! Lol Johnathan

    Today was 8 days as a NON Smoker! Loving this!!! 14 days from now I'll have had surgery and I can't wait! Excited for that Chassie is up & can ride back to her house in Louisiana with me, and then we are headed to New Orleans on Sunday!! WOOT WOOT! Can't wait!!!

    Got the following: 2 strawberry Kiwi 2 vanilla Bean Torte 2 Cappuccino Latte 3 Fuzzy Navel 1 Caribbean Cooler Free sample Cappuccino latte which is 1/2 size of normal sample which kinda blows lol I'm headed to the Dollar Tree where they have individual packs of yohoo sugar free chocolate and strawberry which should be good to add to any powder that doesn't taste great or any unflavored. Anyway, when I get home I will try probably the cappuccino latte with some sugar free caramel syrup, ice and some unsweetened vanilla almond milk and hopefully have something close to a caramel frappe!     I've been reading about people taking blood thinkers after surgery and I was curious about this. Is this common for most everyone after WLS to take blood thinners for a period of time after surgery? Thanks! Johnathan

    I couldn't agree more! Being proactive is the only way because drugs are everywhere! They ate worse now than ever before! My cousin overdosed last night! She is such a beautiful amazing young 22 up lady but she has a serious problem and most people wouldn't know by looking at her. Good luck with your search! Johnathan

    hotwire.com is a GREAT site to book hotels! If you really do your research you can pretty much figure out what hotel you are booking at because it doesn't give you exact info, just the # of stars the hotel is...For example:I was wanting to book at Hampton Inn(very nice) 4 stars...about 140 a night for the two nights after my surgery...Well i went to hotwire and found they had a 4 star hotel in New Iberia for $76/night!!!! Their is the ONLY ONE 4 star hotel in the New Iberia so DUH it is Ham...

    I don't understand why you wrote "Get mad, defensive, upset, all of the above...." You are completely right & I myself and i'm sure everyone else here can't stand someone that thinks they are THE **** just because they are better looking than others, especially the people that make it known. That's just sad! Anyway, i just wasn't sure why you'd think anyone could get mad over that LOL Idk if your message was in response to me thinking i'll be HOT after i get where I wanna be or not but even being drop dead gorgeous I wouldn't be THAT person. I'm too sensitive and kind hearted to be ugly to people! That just isn't in my nature. Johnathan

    Officially 1 week smoke free! I'm really enjoying being a non smoker! My hands aren't discolored, they don't smell like smoke and neither do I! My car smells better! And cigarettes STINK!

    And another thing they didn't do was send my sr the report from my x-rays! They had to REQUEST them with a medical release LOL. They ordered the test and decided they wouldn't send the results I guess. Just a bunch of idiots if u ask me! They did send the bloodwork! They did their job with that one.

    I've done all my pre-op. this EKG was part of my pre-op for the anesthesiologist. I had the EKG done at a different hospital than where I'm having my surgery bc I'm having surgery out of state.

    I did give them the date. They say it wasn't done. I have a receipt bc I'm a cash pay patient, so I've PAID for this test! I will not pay again. Their screw up not mine!
