I had the Cappuccino Latte with Almond milk and ice blended and it blended up Perfectly!!! Was pretty good too. I liked that it was not thick and chalky At all!

Ok so I'm having surgery out of state, in Louisiana where my best friend lives and will help care for me after surgery. I know the first week I can't drive back bc I have an an appt at 1 week out anyway. And then again at 1 month so I'm thinking of staying the entire month anyway. Anyway I have a 9 hour drive back to Ga and I'm thinking it'll be at least 2 weeks before I can take such a long trip, especially driving myself, if not longer? I'll talk to the Dr about this Monday but wanted to get someone else's input that maybe has experience? Thanks! Johnathan

HOLY COW 3 miles? I'm gonna have to work up to that lol I'll be good to get a mile in without dying haha I'm gonna get there though bc I wanna be able to run again. I'm still pretty dang fast but only short distances but I stopped smoking 2 days ago too. That will def help a lot. I do plan on being a runner once I get through this though. I want to be able to do the Peachtree Road Race next July 4th!! Keep up the good work!
