    Ahhhhhhh

Don't get discouraged! You don't wanna loose too fast and you dont wanna take a chance on getting a slip and having a complete un fill or losing your band all together. You are doing great and it will come sometimes slowly but surely. I was banded in 2008 my beginning weight was 225. And I am now 150 which is my goal. And I have had alot of ups and downs and I at times was impatient and everytime I had to get an un fill it set me back. So my advice is to Celebrate everytime even if it's just 1 lb. thats 1 lb. less than what u were, and try to be patient. Live day to day and you will reach your goal in time and it will all be worth it. But you gotta think positive. You've got this! I have faith in you!!

    Pant Sizes

    I'm 5'3" when I started I was 225 and in a 22 pants, now I'm 150 and wear an 8 or 10 in pants. I also went from 2x shirt to a medium.
  5. K, so I've been approved for a paniculectomy and I'm scheduled for July 13... I'm debating and researching this. My surgeon who did my band is gonna be doing the paniculectomy. I've lost 75 lbs. with the band and I'm completely satisfied. I'm at 145lbs. My doctor asked me if I wanted to get rid of the excess fat and I'm like sure, if the insurance is covering it why not? I'm ok with it or without it and currently trying to make a decision. Any insight would be helpful.
