    My Story...

    I was banded 1-23-2012. Before I started this I was 276 lbs.today I',m 216 and headed south. I have no problems and 3 fills. I eat about 1,000 cal. a day. There is nothing I cannot eat and have not been stuck yet. I look forward to the next 6 months.
