Help!! I have severe pain under my breast and all around that area thru to the back. What could it be and what can I do?

I went to the er. They thought it was gall bladder issues. But ct scan and ultrasound revealed nothing. The band was also alright. I was advices to go see my pcp. Strange. This is the 2nd time and I o not want me or anyone to have this kind of pain.

Have severe pain below my breast and round about that area. What could it be and any suggestions pls? I mean breasts

I am new to the band. Had surgery 5/23. For 2 weeks I was on clear liquid diet. 2 days ago I was asked by my doctor to start another 2 weeks liquid. I was told to eat farina, cream of wheat, plain non fat yogurt, sugar free pudding and Popsicles. I feel hungry, very hungry. Is there nothing else I can eat? Please advice? PS , I also drink 54 grams of Protein with skim milk plus each day.
