I think you'll find that people do that until they feel they can let go of the support and back patting. They want to be supportive and show you how well you are doing and they don't really know where it should end themselves. Just take it as intended and let it ride out. It will end.

You know, I think if I never see ice cream or frosting again - that will be ok with me! Yep, I finally see it. I was floored. I think I was so focused on the jeans and having to buy all new clothes again that I forgot to be critical. I saw myself in the mirror and was floored, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. You know what is weird? Walking without my thighs rubbing together at all. There is air there instead, it even feels odd to walk sometimes.

Instead of a band. I had my band removed and got a sleeve. My stomach is the size of a short cigar now, eventually it will be the size of a small banana. No Ghrelin... means NO hunger feeling at all for anywhere from two years to forever. I will not experience hunger. Lowest complications long term than bands, sleeves, or bypass. Better and faster weight loss than banding, 5 year stats are pretty close to bypass but just not as fast. No sliming or getting stuck due to restriction. No aftercare!!!!! NONE! Best thing I ever did.

Butter flavored lard is much better. Top with chocolate shavings and M&Ms for decoration. You have to be careful, the M&Ms kinda slip and slide around in the lard so eat quickly.

Personally I chose ham and taffy for my liquid phase. Rum is a clear, I added that too. Beer, gotta love the clear beer.

Rutledge has one of the worst reps on this board as well as in the medical community. MGB was a procedure that was tried a long time ago and failed, none of the good doctors will even do that procedure because it is so dangerous. Bile can leak out and burn your esophagus. It is a very dangerous procedure and Rutledge passes it off as something safe.
