Well, in all fairness to me :confused: I think we have established that the nutty types don't represent all of Christianity. They like to think they do but those with critical thinking skills know better. I have a problem with anyone voting based on religion vs. political views. Religion should not play a role in this. That's just as personal as sexual position preferences. I don't think it should even BE known what religion someone is because it shouldn't play a role. But it does, it plays a huge role. Other religious groups could well take over, that would be problematic. That is all the more reason to set standards hard and strong today keeping religion out of schools. Today maybe it would be Christianity. Tomorrow our future generations might be dancing naked under a may pole while chanting mantras vs. praying before a final. School and religion should have nothing to do with one another.

What does Moderator Wheetsin say about using multiple IDs when one is created just to follow around, insult, and annoy another member? AND when they talk to themselves?

BTW... how, specifically, would it harm society for there to be fewer Christians?

Well, it is the extreme Christians that are trying to get laws passed that make it legal to discriminate against gays, for one example. And it wasn't the Wiccans that created laws way back when saying atheists could not run for a political office. It is that type of hate and ignorance that will ease quite a bit as Christianity drops in numbers. Tell me something, if the best possible person ran for prez, someone that really would do a good job and people liked their ideas... think they would win if they were atheist? I'll bet you a cyberdollar the Christian would win over the atheist based purely on religion. That just isn't healthy for any society. When people are voted in office based on religion, we get Bush types. That isn't helping our cause any.

The rate of Christianity has been dropping by about 1% annually since the 80s. Wicca numbers are skyrocketing and atheism is climbing quite well, not nearly as much as Wiccans. The fewer Christians there are means the fewer nutty extreme Christians so the easier it is on we non Christians. I believe it is something like by the year 2032 if current trends continue, Christianity will no longer be the majority religion in the US.

Is that the Nogales area? I live in Phoenix and the closest experienced surgeon I know of is Aceves in Mexicali. It's about 50 miles west of Yuma. There is a guy in Nogales that does a few bands but he is not very experienced and he (nor his staff) speak English. Dr. Prado. There is also a doc that I won't even give you his name. He's done five bands and has a 100% erosion stat. :cry

I *just* responded to a post on another board. (slowly shaking head) Poster said that she eats snacks every night (including ice cream). She eats too fast, doesn't chew well, gets stuck often, and isn't losing weight. Should she get a fill? I wanted soooo bad to say, "Yes."

As the rate of Christianity drops and Wicca and atheism increases, I do see it getting better but we are a long way from 'curing' society of hate. My sis is gay and she lives in Denver. They actually attempted to pass laws that gays could be denied housing, jobs, etc. Sometimes I feel like I live in a very primitive and superstitious world.

Dear Fellow banners... I am not very good at math but I used a calekulator and I calekulated how much water I'm supposed to drink daily and it says 100 ounces. Ounces are the same as gallons, right? Many Christians feel they are judged and persecuted for being Christian. They really have no idea. I'm not saying all Christians, I'm referring to the ones that scream "persecution" non stop. I doubt they'd want to trade places with my kind. They might get quite a lesson. They would be unable to tell the truth in a work setting and I'll go as far as to say that many times they'd have to lie and pretend they are Christian. They would lose friends if their friends found out, the world is much different than they might realize.

Cut out ALL white carbs. Flour, sugar, pasta, rice, and potatoes. It's the difference between night and day. Seems to be that most of us are bad carb addicts. That's not a good thing. Not a single white carb (including potatoes) is necessary for good diet.

Any idea how much I am judged for not being Christian? Wanna compare notes? Do you know it is still on the books in TX that "my kind" are unable to run for political office? I think THAT isn't fair.

No, what I meant by that comment is when someone is behaving badly and then claims all these people agree with them via PM... I know it's not likely true. Adults will post their own opinions, they don't usually leave it to the crazies to post for them. Apples and oranges.

Usually not as long as you don't push the stages of the diet. Meaning, if you are on full liquids and you eat solids, yes... you can do a great deal of damage.
