I've been up and down for over 10 years. Lose 80, slowly gain it back, lose 50, gain 60,lose 20, gain 20, lose 60, gain 80... then after pregnancy my weight was the highest it's ever been. I'd never been under a size 16 in my entire adult life. Now I'm a size 10!!
