I Want To See Before & After Pics!

Thank you! Im 5'7. I'm still 40+ pounds from a normal bmi for my height. I would definitely say that my tough exercises 5-6 days a week with the high protein diet that has led to where I am. The surgeon estimates me to be a 6/8 now that the skin is gone so my BMI & weight doesn't make much sense to him.

I started saving tax returns for 2 years when I found out I was finally going to be able to have the sleeve. Smartest thing I've ever done.

    Corset trunkplasty

It's still pretty painful but it gets a little better every day.

Oh yes. Even with the drain & pain, it was well worth it.

You are welcome. It really looks even better in person. It's such a huge difference without the hanging apron

I'm still really swollen (and my thighs are a hot mess! ) but this is what I look like after the surgeon removed 12 pounds of skin from my stomach. From 200 pounds to 188. Looking forward to more swelling coming off. Also the drain needs to come out. I promise to take better pictures later.

    Mayday mayday mayday! :-)

I'll have to post more pictures when I'm feeling better from my corset trunkplasty. I can't get over how tiny I look now that the 12 pounds of excess skin is gone!

    Avocado smoosh

I make this in my magic bullet: 1 small avocado. 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese 4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard. 17 protein! And yummy. I eat this on my Kim's Magic Pop (similar to rice cakes with only 2 carbs).

To be honest, I asked my Bariatric surgeon who he recommended. Then I did research on the local plastic surgeons, & ended up choosing my surgeons recommendation.

Jessie, have you tried the unjury chicken broth? I like it pretty well when I'm on liquids. Kristie
