When I started this journey on June 18, 2012 I weighed 334 lbs (surgery day), I wore a 5x from Catherine's which is the largest size they have, today I am down 83 lbs and went in there to find a warm up/track suit to wear on our vacation to Gatlinburg in a couple of weeks, well the only size I could wear was the 0x which is the smallest size they have! So I'm standing at the checkout and my eyes were welling up with tears and the ckout lady thought something was wrong with me, so I made it to my car and I just sat there and cried like a baby! I am so grateful for this surgery!

I love the Quest bars but you definitely have to microwave them or you can not chew them at all, in the summer I throw one on the dash of my car and they will soften up just right. Sent from Gaye's iPad Mini using VST

I am 1 year post op and I have been taking Wellese liquid multi Vitamin since 2 weeks after surgery. Every other chewable vitamin made me throw up. Sent from Gaye's iPad Mini using VST

You will be just fine, take it one day at a time and do just what your Dr says. It will be a little rough going at first but you will start feeling like yourself again in just a few weeks, take your time to heal and don't jump into anything to quick.
