After losing 133 lbs I definitely get looks from guys that never would have looked at me before even if my head was on fire! I have been married to the most amazing man in the whole world for 33 years and would never do anything to screw that up, but I'm a woman who has been fat all my life and never knew what it felt like for guys to check me out, it feels darn good and my husband knows that he's the only man for me! 1 year ago today I was wheeled into surgery, I was such a sad person, I was so unhealthy and had tried everything i could to lose weight. Today I'm 125 lbs lighter and over 96 inches of fat lost (that's 8 feet of fat!). Thank God I took this step! Sent from Gaye's iPad Mini using VST

Hi Skane10! I don't really have any secrets, just do what your Dr says, don't eat anything you shouldn't and work out all you can! My taste buds have definitely changed, I used to love Crystal Lite mix in my Water and now I just can't stomach it, I have never liked fish of any kind and now i love any kind of baked or grilled fish. You can have the same results that I have had, you just have to do exactly what your dr says, don't eat anything that your not supposed to, work out all you can and I promise you the weight will just fall off. I just got home from my 1 year checkup, I have now lost 125 lbs and I still can't believe it!
