You are so welcome, I really needed inspiration right after my surgery to, so I'm glad I can pass it on! -
It does get easier, I'm 4 months out and can chug a lug powerade zero like crazy, that is my drink of choice now, the blue one tastes just like cotton candy! When I was first sleeved the only thing I could drink was room temp water (now it would make me puke) so hang in there cause it does get better, I promise!

Well Buffy pics really motivated me after I had my surgery to, so here are two pics for you. The first one was on May 16 at my daughters college graduation, I was 334 lbs, and the second pic is almost 3 months post op and down 75 lbs (85 lost now, but I haven't made a new pic) I'm 4 months out now and this is the best decision I have ever made! I hope this helps! Good luck on your journey! -
Charchar you can do this girl! I'm so glad to see you are doing so good. Keep it up!

I Almost Cried In Catherines

Mandy, my only advice is to do just what your Dr says, I have not "cheated" one time. If I wasn't supposed to eat it I didn't! And I go to the gym faithfully now, but now that so much weight is gone (85 lbs now) it is so much easier to exercise. You can so do this girl, just take it a day at a time! -
-
Hang in there, I'm 4 months out and at 2 weeks I remember crying and saying to myself why didn't I just eat right and exercise instead of having this stupid surgery! Now I'm down 83 lbs and I can say it is the best decision I have ever made! Just concentrate on getting your liquids in every day, I didn't really worry so much about protien at first, I just know I didn't want to get dehydrated. So keep your head up, you so have got this and in about a month or so you will forget about this part, I promise! Good luck!
