I am 6 months out and I don't have any hunger at all! Thank God this surgery worked and I don't sit around thinking about food all day. Now my new problem is that I can't remember to eat, I can go most of the day without eating one thing (I have done that a couple of days, but not on purpose) eating is more of a chore now then a pleasure. I was sleeved 6 months ago and I still don't have an appetite, no cravings, food is just fuel now. I don't even think about food anymore, and let me tell you this is the best problem I could have ever asked for! I'm not a slave to food anymore and I'm one happy, 103 lb less woman! -

I am so excited about my sleeve that I want to shout it from the mountaintop! I sure wish someone would have told me about this surgery years ago! There is no way that I'm ashamed of having this surgery, because without it I would still be in a very dark depressing place. If I can help just one person lose weight and feel better about themselves it is worth putting my personal life out there! -

Muscle cramps

When I went back for my 6 week checkup I told my dr that I was having cramps in my calves every time I tried to do my walking, he said it was from drinking to much water and he told me to start drinking Powerade Zero, it started helping me by the next day. I'm now 6 months out and don't have that problem anymore. -
