I had surgery June 12 also. in nj down 50 lbs but I go to the gym almost everyday -
I had coffee after surgery about 4 days later while I was on clear liquid diet it helped me a lot a small little cream and splenda or ice works good dunkin was my treat everyday

My Dr said no pre opts diet for me last eating and drinking was at midnight the surgery was at 9:30 am I just had to do two week post opts it was June 12 now down 50lbs in 6 weeks -

I have been craving a soda I had my surgery June 12 almost 4 weeks out but lately I been craving a diet soda I heard it can give you gas pain and discomfort and also heard it can also stretch out your stomach. does anyone drink soda let me know what your experience was thanks jeff.....

Don't be scared I had my sleeve on June 12 so far I lost 43 lbs I was 350 now 307 I was scared to going into surgery I was worked up for nothing after it was over I was like oh my god that's is it then I was in recovery room and walking after a few hrs.you will do great -
I am going to try to make it for dinner tomorrow looks really good

I had my sleeve done June 12 tomorrow its one month out post ops down 38 lbs I love my sleeve.also exercising everyday at my gym 5 days a week this is the best decision I've ever made my diabetes is done I am off all meds

today you can get your free slurpee at 711 they are 7 oz cups they are perfect for people on liquid diet today and even if you not go get one I had 2 today lol
