I had a great experience the hospital staff was great they really made me feel comfortable just fyi the 2 week liquid diet was hard for me but I got through it after that it's a breeze just hang in there I lost 75 in 3 months -

So after having my sleeve done on June 12 I lost 22 lbs I will be going on the second phase on Tue my question is what are people eating in there second phase and third and forth phase just trying to get some ideas what's its like to plan some meals also does anyone go out to eat......Jeff

does anybody eat oatmeal my doctor's office told me not too because they can expand your stomach I love oatmeal please let me know if anyone has eaten it before

My surgery was june 12th I am 8 weeks out I have lost 54 lbs my starting weight was 352 today my weight is 298,the 300 is gone forever also all my medical problems is gone diabetes blood pressure no more medication I love my sleeve it's the best decision I ever made
