I took the video as saying the stretching occurs only when you don't wait the 1 minute between bites. It showed how the food then backs up and starts to stretch forming a pouch above the band.

Lol....my thought exactly. I have some pretty big boobs too so I wouldn't mind a little gone. My hubby on the other hand is in denial that they will change. He wants them to stay, but I hate to tell him...they're already on their way out...Lmbo!

I sent a pic to the nurse at my doctors office and she said it looked okay to her. She said if it gets a circle around it or is hot to the touch then to come in. She said everyone heals differently. I go see them for my normal appt on Monday morning. I'm feeling a little better about it, but still won't be completely worry free until I see them on Monday just to be sure. Thanks for the 3 responses I got....lol. -

Congrats! Its really exciting isn't it?! I too have been noticing little changes like you have. My rings are a little loose and I can wear old clothes that I couldn't wear before. The biggest little thing...lol...is that I now have to wear a belt with my pants. Before I couldn't even wear the belt anymore because it had gotten too tight and I ran out of holes. now I can put it on the 3rd notch and be comfortable!!!! It feels soo good!! -

My worst days were days 5 and 6. I wanted food so bad and couldn't stomach the shakes anymore. It really starts to get to you after awhile...believe me, I know!! Good luck to you on your journey.
