Bite the bullet and step on the scale. What will it hurt. If you gained, then you know you need to buckle down a bit and start fresh. If not.....then I would say you did great on that trip!! Good Luck to ya!

Aww....look at my sister being all sweet!! :wub: Thanks for coming around cause I was beginning to think you weren't going to talk to me until your 6 months was up! lol! It has been hard, but it helps talking about it with you and giving you info as it comes my way. I can't wait until we're at our goal weight and lookin HOT!! Believe me we all understand where your coming from. I definitelly LoVe food and eat for emotional reasons aswell. If we fall down, we just have to get back up and and start over. I'm on my 11th day of the diet and it is very hard. Everyday is a struggle, but I know we can get to where we want to be!!! Stay focused on the prize!!

I've never heard of cysts on your liver! I've taken birth control since a young age...should I be worried?? Will they be able to see if I do during pre-op testing??

Sorry your upset and let me tell you that I'm sure you aren't alone. I am also on my 6 th day of my diet. I have to have 2 weeks though and only liquids!! It sucks big time!! I have lost about 15lbs though so that helps. If possible you could eliminate that lean cuisine and replace it with a Protein shake. I'm just throwing an idea out there though. Be sure to check with your doc first. It could be a lot of things..I wouldn't stress over it. As long as your doing what the doc says....there shouldn't be a problem. Hope it works out for ya!

I have been on the diet since Thursday and have already lost like 15 lbs. I'm struggling a lot with not eating. It feels like my body just needs something in it...something solid. Is losing that much so soon normal? I know some might be water weight, but I already take a pill for that.

I started my 2 week liquid diet today and let me just say....I'M HUNGRY!!!!!! I didn't think I would already be this freaked out over not having food, but I guess I am. I try not to think about it, but it's hard to ignore your stomach growling!! Does anyone have any words of wisdom on how to get through the next 2 weeks?? Any advise will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks is advance!!
