Hi all I weight 42st in January 2012 in december 2011. I got the ok for lap band surgery for pre op I lost 5st and weigth 37st. My surgery was on 9th march 2012 I have lost a other 4st before my first band fill which was on 31st may 2012 at this I have lost a other 2st I feel much happy with the weight lost still got a long way to go. But I am looking for sport and help with what the do and not to do with lap band? So please help I could do with the sport? As I am looking to get my life back and get married and have kids? Thank you for your help and sport?
