Great job missv I'm 1 mo out and haven't had an egg yet. How do u cook your egg? Is the spinach fresh or canned? Sounds delish. I'm having trouble getting down my water. I can drink tea, coffee, but water makes me belch, etc.

I love the bullets. They really curb any hunger, not to mention they satisfy 1/2 protein requirement. Calories - 180; carbs-2; sugars- 0. I'm happy to know they are 2.50 at Walmart .
