Good luck. And mine is next week. How did u get thru the 9 day liquid diet? Today was my first day and I missed meat really bad. I could not even drink 4 of the shakes. Tomorrow wil be better. I never imagined the " head games" I would play with my self. Is this the hardest part? I hope so. Well 8 days now.

I have surgery on 6/27. I'm on second shake for today. Missing meat right now. Lol

I am 40 by just a few weeks. I'm a CMA and work in an office devoted to workers com. I'm hoping to go back to college to get BSN. I'm having surgery 6/27. Hoping to reverse diabetes, chronic joint pain and just to be overall heathy. I'm married with 2 kids and 1 grandson. My daughter is supporting me but son and spouce not do much. I love gone with the wind and wizard of oz. reading is one of my favorite things to do. I have 2 dogs and 2 parrots. They are my fur kids. I love good Italian food garden fresh corn and veggies. My kids get together at our house usually once a week for dinner. That's a me who's next ?

Thanks for the support everyone. This group is just what I need right now. I'm super excited to start the diet. I know it's gonna be hard bit worth it in the end.

I'm in. Surgery date June 27. But need to walk daily. Sometimes just hard to find time. CW: 260 GW 250-at least by surgery date.

This will also be my second surgery this year. I had to have my tonsills and adenoids out as part of the protocol for me. Then still had to go on a Cpap. I woke up to the sergeon telling my daughter the pain I was going to be in was at a 9 he lied. It was a 15. Lol. Good luck and think happy thoughts.
