  1. I was sleeved 6/27/12 as of 8/4/12 I'm down 27 lbs. I walk an avg of 2 miles a day working on four a day. I'm no longer taking two blood pressure meds or two insulins for diabetes. I'm down almost 3 sizes. Weight loss is slow going for me. But every pound lost counts no matter how slow going. My health is all the better for it.

    Fitbit Anyone?

    I just ordered my fitbit and should get it in about a week. I have the Nike +apple sensor that goes in Nike shocks. I love it. I use everyday to track my walking milage, time, and calories burned. Awesome device. I can't wait for my fitbit to get here to track walking at work.

    Nausea

    Call ur sergeon and have them give u something for nausea. I had it and had to take 3 diff nausea meds to help control it. I had it do bad every time I woke up I was nauseous and vomiting. Good luck I hope this helps and you feel better soon!;/
  9. I was weighing daily but get discouraged with fluctuations in weight. So now trying to weigh once a week.
  10. It prolly is just deep bruising from Landing on the gate. But monitor your symptoms and if they don't get better in a day or so I would give a call to ur surgeons office. There may also be some residual pain from surgery that was agrevated by the fall/ impact on the gate. It is always good to follow up with ur doc. Phone calls are free. I hope this helps. And I hope u feel better soon .

  16. I want to be the girl the guys take a second look at. Fit in seats and walk 4 miles a day. Buy the cute clothes and never have to go to the fat section again. That us just a few.

    June Sleevers! Hows It Going?

    Was sleeved June 27. Starting weight 260, after preop diet: 247, post op:237. Some long plateaus (six days) eating mostly solid foods. Wishing weight loss was alittle faster. Walking 1.5 miles daily. Elliptical on days I can't walk out side.

    June Sleevers! Hows It Going?

    I was sleeved 6/27 and lost 22 pounds. Some days I get in a holding pattern. Loosing roughly 1 pound per day. Wish it were more.

    Once Again I Need Advice

    I'm two weeks post op and only loose about a pound a day. Some days I don't even loose. I walk a mile a day and take in roughly 600 cal a day. Today I came close to my protien goal. I don't know how to kick start more. I talk to some one who was sleeved at the same time and they are loosing 2 lbs per day. I guess I'm just down bc I m at a stand still today.
