My surgery is this Thursday. This liquid diet is exhausting sometimes and I can't wait to eat real food again. How many pounds has everyone lost so far pre op?? -

I'm drinking Atkins advantage drinks, there the best drink that I've tried so far. I had the option to drink: Ensure, Atkins or Mucel milk. I can't stand Ensure and the Mucel milk was way to expensive for my taste. So far so good no head hungar, or grumbbling stomach. I have 6lbs to loose before my surgery on July 12 out of the 20lbs that my surgen wants me to loose. I know I can do this 2 week diet one day at a time is my motto.-

Dr. Ikramiddan and yes its in st. Cloud,my surgery is next Thursday the 12th can't wait, he wanted me to lose 20lbs before the 12th and I was like no way there's no way I can lose 20lbs in a month. Lol but I got 2 months to do it so I lost 9lbs one month and I have 4lbs to lose by the 12th. -

I was so worried about the 2 week diet, but going on four days now I'm suprised at how I'm not even Hungary, its kinda cool. -

Mamaof8: To get Ur question answered if I were u I would Google bmi calculator and find out that way. That's what I do, I've lost 16lbs now to but in like 2months. 7lbs on my liquid diet. Pretty excited about that. -

That's great, I think this site is awesome, since not many people know about this surgery first hand like us on here. There's over 80 people in my town that r waiting or just getting a surgery date, the only surgeon left last year so I've been waiting since September for my day to come. Finally got a surgeon from the University of Minnesota. -
