Im doubting myself with this crap! I don't know how ur doing it!

The thing is... My dietician said i can only have water 3 protein shakes 2 protein bars and as much carrots lettuce cucumbers and calorie free dressing as i want.. But that isn't filling me up.

Ok so today is the first day of my pre op diet... I've had a protein shake for breakfast protein bar for a snack 3 baby carrots and i just had a protein shake for lunch and Im seriously starving!! What should i do?!

Ok.. I plan on keeping everyone posted. When do u start pre op

It is very nerve wrecking. But nothing we can't all handle!!!

Im so nervous, excited, anxious!! Just alot going on in my little brain. I hope the transition is easy! I can't wait to see the pounds start dropping!!! Im 250 today... Tomorrow is the start of forever!!!
