    Oh I'm glad you admitted brought this up! I toot all the time! It was worrying me. Now I don't feel so alone in my cloud. When my hubby used to drink this cheap local beer, he tooted so bad people would get really angry at him, this didn't help that he laughs and laughs about it. I called them "divorce farts." Now I want to divorce myself. :ph34r:

  9. Hey....I'd love to walk my 25pound dog that can pull this 300+ woman wayyyy down the street, or knock me over! I used to love walking my previous dog, (60lbs) she behaved! We'd walk at night and be one with the night! (I live in a safe area) You say "Do what you love", I loved that, walking is good for me and my knees need the work. "...uh, I oughtta walk the doggg...." How do you handle a pulling dog? Someone out there oughtta be walking a dog? P.S. I walk at night, very cold but no snow. :wub:

    Cheryl, I am so sorry to hear about your gallbladder having to be removed! My thoughts and prayers are with you. I'm sure you're not excited about having yet another surgery. Will this affect your continued weight loss?

    Got a question for ya...I have a 1/2cc in my 10cc band. I clearly need and want more, should I ask for 1 or 2 cc's or 1/2 or more? I'm eating way less than I used to, but feel I could or rather should eat less(er) and be satisfied. When they gave me the 1/2 cc, I was swolen for a few days, did the after fill diet and loved it! I could notice when to stop and it was easy. But that wore off quickly and I find myself wanting more food. Where would YOU want to be with a 10cc band?

    If the jeweler resizes a gold ring, down...would they "cut out" the excess gold? And if they did wouldn't it cost less? What do they do with the excess gold? Profit? OR Do they just maneuver the gold ring down to size?

    Carolina, I know you go through some difficult times, but DAMN you're funny! But about your post, GOOD FOR YOU! I have a closet full of jeans that I intend to wear some day, but always wondered if my circulation would be cut of when I sit. I wear elastic now. But obviously one can wear regular pants! Thanks so much for sharing your exciting news, you inspire me. But about that pink text, girl, I'm blind, I can barely read your post's! Imagine me squinting and raising my bifocals and getting closer to the computer when I read your awesome post's...too funny! Oh, and then you type, "down 3 sizes down since June." Ahhhh, I couldn't tell if it was an eight or a three! Girl, you makin me feel old! You're so cool, I will always defend you if someone ever attacks you on here. I'm your Yankee post guardian!     Yeah, my engagement ring and another one keep rotating to under my finger and I'm constantly repositioning it. Especially when it's cold out and my fingers shrink a little. Hey Maddysgram, you said your jeweler put your ring sizer on, is that one permanent?

    Thanksgiving!!

    We're bring Thanksgiving to my Dad's house, so it'll be just the three of us. *Roast a small turkey at home. Cut it up and divide dark and white meat. White for me. *Oven roasted Butternut Squash. *Stuffing (which I don't eat). *Cranberry sauce (just a teeny bit for me). *Gravy (for the boys) I wanted to make my famous Key Lime Pie, or make some other fascinating dessert (to show off) but I need it to be something I can eat, so it'll be fresh fruit diced real small, and some sort of topping/mix in...I was thinking honey greek yogurt, or light Cool Whip. You got any ideas? I don't need the extra's, just want to make it more interesting for the boys. All of this I can take home for leftovers, or freezing. I don't know what I'll be drinking, as in the past I always drank cranberry juice. Oddly, I am very comfortable with the dinner/day...I don't have a big family to cook for, or children to please. I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving!

  24. I've been on a South Beach Diet-ish meal plan, in the beginning with great success, not so much now. I talked to my NUT, and she said to continue the low good carbs, very low bad carbs, high Protein, heavy veggie, low fats - diet. But to start counting my calories. Keeping near 1600 a day. Sounds like a lot to me. So I joined myfitnesspal and I find it a task but sort of exciting. My calories haven't gone beyond 1550 a day. ***Do you find this high? But the reading I got from MFP for carbs is 213! Count the fact that I have a healthy amount of good carbs in my diet. ***Isn't that astronomical? In MFP, is there a way to have my own personal index of my regular food and drinks to refer back and forth to? It seems to remember about 5 now. I'm not losing at all, and I've been doing a bit more walking than usual. I'm very sad... HELP???
