When I was in the preop education class the nurse said that Smoothie King had one called the gladiator that has protein in it.

So I start my preop diet on July2nd. Any suggestions on things that were good during those 2 weeks? Any Smoothie King lovers,if so what did kind did you get?

Any sleevers in the city of New Orleans? Looking to find out your outcome and also will be looking for walking buddies aftery surgery no date but definitely approved. Suppose to get call this week with date.

Would exercising and focusing on toning as weight is lost help with so much extra skin hanging?

I will be doing my pre-op this week on the 8th, and my insurance Gilsbar has approved everything how long will I have to wait for the actual surgery date.
