i noticed that in the mornings i get full really fast. i wonder if the stomach swells at night or something. just wondering because the rest of my meals are normal but in the morning im full very quickly. anyone else have this going on?

i stopped the ppi, wasnt doing anything. how often do you eat i eat every 2 hrs its not head hunger im actually hungry. im now 6 weeks going into week 7 and finally im not as hungry. i had startcy food one time that was rice. i eat all veggies and fruit with protien i had to stop the protien supplements because i was getting way to many protien over a 100 grams a day. so my nut said to stop them. so i know it wasnt because i wasnt getting protien. we eat so little and it goes away so fast in our tummys. just keep drinking and making sure you get the protein you will be fine.
