    well i personally dont want negative feedback so if you cant be supportive even is i slip which everyone does except those that act so perfect lol. yes its an open forum but i dont have to read what is written if it is scolding. im going through enough dont need the scolding from ppl that are like me.

    i feel like crap right now. i feel i dont even have the surgery done, i feel like a failure and dont know why. im up and down with emotions about this dang surgery. i feel like im going to fail at this like every other diet attempt. i am at work and i feel like screaming. i just dont feel like im losing. i expected not to have a loss this week because last week i lost 4lbs and my dr said it will be up and down it frustrates me that i dont see a loss of weight this week. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    amazon. i had sun chips one time. and my diet is approved by my nut, with whom i spoke to today and she says i am doing great and no red flags. she said that average weight loss for sleeve is 30 lbs in 3 months and ive lost 29 and doing well. so as long as my nut and dr say i am doing good than i feel a lot better. thank you for your concern and knowledge. p.s im glad you read my post oh and my carb intake is under 100 my nut said i can do 120. its funny how each plan and dr are so differant. thanks icon

    namada im allowed bread and wheat pasta my first month was mostly liquids and protien i know when you have more to lose it comes off faster. thank you for sharing with me. my nut told me for my petite hieght i should have no more than 60-75grams of protien so i try to stay close to that so i cant even have the shakes anymore i had one this morning and thats why im over on protien. so how much do you lose per week and have you stalled any?

    im so glad i found this post. i am having one of those days where i feel like im not sleeved and i wont reach goal. why do i feel like this. i eat way less than before sleeved but i just feel like my body isnt doing anything today. can i hear from some far out sleevers how did you get through this? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  13. i have no problem getting my protien in at all. im suppose to eat 60-75grams and some days like today i go over. now i had sunchips they are made with whole grain and only 18 carbs so that didnt bump my protien up and my carbs total today is 74 not bad but my protien is 87grams. so any non protien snacks anybody
  14. its a sample menu and thats for 60+ days out which is where i am. my nut said it was a sample to go by if i dont want ceral i can have an egg instead. i was just posting for some of those that are not sure what to eat. and each plan dr and nut are so differant. and for salad as long you eat your protien first and if you can fit it in than eat it and salad is a healthy carb

    green we had our surgery the same day and lost the same amount of weight how wierd is that namanda what is your secret i was sleeved sept 12 and only down 29 care to share today is a good day for me so far. i made 9 weeks today

    teen at 7 weeks i was the same way by week 8 i was good i found food i like now im good. a little to good lol. it will past i am now 9 weeks
  21. i am 1 day from two months post op this moring i was able to fit 2 slices of bacon and 1/2 of oatmeal i am full comfortably. sometimes my stomach seems really small in the mornings and some days i can get a decent amount of food in. so how many months weeks days are you post op and what do you eat for Breakfast

    i too feel ignored and feel no one reads my post. i read everyones post shoot i started the thread. but sometimes it do get overwelming, sorry if i ignored any post here it is not my intent. suepeeps thank you so much that was well said and i forgive myself because normally i would have an appitiezer a margarita main course and dessert. i only had a dish which was under 500cal. but i had pinkberry 4 ozs with some toppings and than the macho taco. you are right tomorrow is another day. but man i saved money becaue my pinkberry the first time was 1.50 and the second time 1.19 im proud of myself for that oh and i got diarria tmi lol

    momof 1st you are excersiing muscle weighs more than fat, check measurments. 2nd you might be excerising to much and not eating enough your body will hold on to what it has thinking its starving. log your food and see how many cals you are getting in and how many cals you are burning. hope that helps mdm yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy i cheated today i had a good day. my dad sent me money and told me to get out of the house and go to lunch, so i did and walked the mall in century city man that is a huge outside mall. i also had pinkberry twice 2 oz each time for lunch i had bj's i had the half of flatbread pizza witha side salad could only eat half and ate the rest later. did a little shoppig not much but it felt nice. went to my daughters in van nuys had tea with her drove home and stopped at that dang del taco for a macho taco which wasnt bad but it added onto my already 1000 cals today which put me at 1400cal man oh man. i did a little bit of squats just now like that will really help lol.
