mdm when i met with kathy after meeting with zelada she told us the celebrate was good because you get everything you need in that one bottle. they told me the other one to take pre op. im thinking of switching to trader joes its on our list because the baratric ones i have to pay for shipping also. getting there thanks for that information you explained it way better than i could.

lolly i take celebrate multi my nut said it has all of the vitamins we need and the only thing i take with that is calcium citrate with d and b12 and b vit under my tongue and the multi i take once a day. thank god no hair shedding YET

ready have you tried the celebrate vitamins they also have the ones you can swollow now that we dont have to have the chewables. it might make a differance in your hair. toya feel better. i also been feeling like crap maybe because i need to take one lol.

dont get me wrong i am grateful for having the procedure. but there are moments i am so down. i have NSV and scale loss but just not enough even though im averging 2lbs a week. i might have to get off this foroum because i see ppl with larger amounts dropping and it is kind of upsetting to me makes me ask why am i not losing as fast. i am scared to wieght train because the scale will go up more and that will only freak me out. smh. i have good days where i am so happy and gitty and then there are these days where i dont feel progress. my daughter fussed at me and said mom you are you and just because someone is losing more dont mean you are doing bad. maybe i need to speak to my nut again and have her tell me again how im expected to lose 30lbs the first 3 months and i did in 2 months. so i guess i can look at it like in another 3 months i will lose another 30 which will put me an 60lbs in 6 months. ( light bulb over my head) lol. ok im breathing now lol

kparker thank you, yes i am better and the good thing out of that is my bp is down to 121/80 5lbs of fluid released from my body took my bp down. 2 of the 5lbs are back , but to be expected since it was water. your 2lbs will fall off quickly. and yes thats the grand baby she is a year now. ready what type of vitamins are you taking. i take baratric advantage made for wls that might make a differance.

ready missed ya girl mdm. stop worrying. first you werent now you are. our bodies are stupid crazy like that. now you could be losing muscle if you not getting in that protien and not working out. that happened to me in 08 i lost 125lbs in 9 months i was losing 3-5lbs a week and guess what it all came back plus. call the team and ask about the legs bruising that dont sound good. you are doing good i am so proud of you. you came a long way from when we were first sleeved, dont you agree.

well ive been post op 10 weeks and never vomit well yesterday i did about 20 times omg i was so ill and it was coming out of the other end like Water. i had chills i was extremly hot this went on all night and im still shaky this morning. i had my daughter look up dumping syndrome and i had all the symptoms and it said it can happen 1-3 hrs after eating i always thought it happened immediatly and didnt last long. dang all night it was to the point of questioning where in the hell is all of this coming from. i lost 5lbs over night of Fluid, i am not counting that as a lose im sure wants i rehydrate the 5lbs will come back. did anyone else dump. i think i was just so excited and ate to fast a little of everything even had dessert. i am not eating for christmas yukkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

after dumping the night of thanksgiving i should of had it lol
