    becca those cookies where 180 cal each x 3 hummmmmmmmmmmmmm it took me alll day to eat the cheetos because i was getting nauseus, another old habit feel sick but still eat it. well tomorrow is another day right? my total cals for today was 1400 cals maybe i will lose a lb lol. love ya back girl you know i keeps it real lol

    kparker, i know its heart breaking green i cant use fitness pal it confuses me so im on fit click so i gave into getting cookies bad idea 3 chocolate chip cookies and cheetos i got so nauseated ddint even finish the cheetos gross. i should of made a hot chocolate but its done so moving on

    for me my nut is through kaiser and she said 1000-1200 cals and low carb is anything under 150grams. but not to worry because i dont eat as much as before but i still watch my carbs. its weired how kaisers are not insinc with each other. if you like you can call my nut katie she is great she is through playa vista kaiser. jenn i wish i could enjoy eating outside of my house but i always get sick its weird.

    im worth it i need that recipe please. delta right now girl i am craving something sweet. i have to stop and ask why? so i had maple brown sugar oatmeal and bacon for breakfast, could it be the carbs that triggered that? hummmmm. so im thinking going to the store and get a cookie, notttttttttttttttt im going to heat up some trader joes orange chicken and i had a chocolate chew Calcium for now but i know i willbe fighting this all day, 1 because im bored 2 its an old habit. god give me strenth

    bukki lol velena that makes sense because what happens to me is there is a lot of food in front of me, everyone is eating and talking and im doing the same, instead of paying attention to how much im eating. and talking with everyone i am also eating very fast. so im going to take what you said and practice when im out our around a group of ppl. but whats wierd is when i bring my own lunch at work ican sit talk and eat what imallowed and im cool. grrrrrrrr frustrating well ladies i am full this morning.lol. breakfast was 2 slices of bacon, 1sprouted wheat toast w earth balance spread, just missing the jam lol

    momo girl where have you been. thats too funny eating out eating around others with lots of food i mess up and get sick each time. i eat small amounts but if i feel i have room i take in more, breath relax for a few min and eat somemore and i get sick every time. i dont want to eat out anymore i dont want to eat when there are other ppl. it sucks man

    toya i so agree. maye 12 days out of the week i can get 1000 in but it is hard, you have to eat something high in cals. which is hard when you are watching carbs salt and fat. geeshhhhhhhhhhhhh

    girl i am there every week. they have pb with no salt all the good frozen foods all healthy stuff. oh and the water for a liter is .50 take your time there lots of stuff oh and check out the fresh cut fruit. breakfast today was a slice of bacon, yes trader joes uncured bacon. and 1/2 of quaker instant low sugar oatmel. no really happy with this breakfast only 7 grams of protien.

    bukki so glad it went well yesterday. and yes the massage helped, girl for $20 they massage you from heat to toe. first they put your feet in warm water then lay you back and massage your head temples neck and upper body. than they massage your feet and legs after that you turn over and get the best back massage all of that for $20 and its an hour. i walked out like a noodle.

    green. i was told to get 1200 cals a day, i know i thought the same thing. somedays i can get there but most days i average 800-900cals a day. i suggest find something you really like and make it your lunch or dinner. like me i go to trader joes ive purchased things like teriyaki chicken, turkey corn dogs, orange chicken, shrimp fried rice, chicken egg rolls. and sometimes that still dont give me 1200 cals. i noticed through kaiser the last few weeks of 90 days they increased my portien from 2oz to 3oz so try that. i eat chobani yogart 1/2 cup now im going to increase it to 1 cup to add calories and hope i can fit it in my new tummy. let me give you a sample of what my breakfast and morning snack is. breakfast french toast, 1 piece of bacon and 1/4 cup of peach. i left a good piece of toast on my plate. morning snack is a baby bell cheese and 1/4 cup of sliced apples. havent planned lunch dinner yet. try some of the ideas. im losing 1-2lbs a week though so thats a little slow. but my nut said the slower the better our skin wont hang as much and we wont be at risk of gaining it back, its like our bodies adjust to that new wieght before it let go of somemore.

    kparker what did you mean eating like that wont get you to goal? the toast and bacon or not eating enough? girl i had to get creative in order to eat because like today i dont want to eat. i am ordering some protein rtd shakes for these days. i get thrown off easy and today i was. i found out my foot is worse than i thought plus severe arthritis on my knees so i didnt go to work today instead i went and got a massage because i was feeling off today. than my son visited and asked me to get him something to eat from wendys i had chicken nuggets and a little fries. didnt eat much today at all. tomorrow will be a better day i hope. i cant beleive someone gave you that see's why are ppl so dang stupid. they comment on your wieght and when you are doing something about it they want to sabatage you. stay strong and just freely give it away to a neighbor or something mkn you are looking great whats the problem your pics are awesome. bukki how did it go? namanda thats awesome girlie

    toya i lost 36lbs and we had the same surgery date, so i think im the slow loser tekera wow tam you are strong and doing awesome justine. man we had same surgery date i am losing so slow sue why do you love your sleeve so much? artsong im sorry you feel that way you are still doing better than before the sleeve right? try uping your calories since you are working out, see if that helps. becca, where have you been, those numbers are looking great girl socket great numbers there. i cant wait to say i lost 50lbs after surgery

    namanda thas great let us know how the visit went im finally finding food i want to eat and food i like. for breakfast i had french toast and bacon. 1 sprouted wheat bread 1/4 cup liqid egg white 1/4 cup nonfat lactaid cinnimon top with a tsp of trader joes organic maple agave syrup 1 slice of uncured bacon. so yummy 243 cal and 13grams of protien left a little bit of the toast

    mdm good for you. as for the vitamins i continue taking the chewables its only 2 a day. the good thing is i dont have to buy other vitamins. just take that and the calcium

    i agree with gettingthere. my nut said those over the counter vitamins are not for us we need to take baratric ones and taking those youonly need those and calcium so its not as expensive as you would think. celebrate have the ones you swallow but you take them 3 times a day. we've been able to swallow whole pills after the first 6 weeks. mdm did you talk to katie?
