yea sugar alcohols are no joke. i never liked dark chocolate but because it has fewer calories and its good for you i can now enjoy it.

im 14 weeks post op i get my water in. i found a place by my house that has an intro for 40 for the month. and each class is like 12 dollars i would only do it 2 days a week

when i eat cheetos i get nausous so im done with those. but yesterday i had some kettle chips 2 oz and man was i full. i ate them to give me some calories without adding the protien i had over 100grams of protien and only 50 carbs so it balanced. -
ok i have eaten a slidder food kettle chips and i am so stuffed, i thought it was suppose to go right through and not fill me up what gives?

i am very clumsy now. i walk like a drunk person and i keep dropping my food. anyone notice that about themselves? hope i am not alone. like i can be walking and sway to the side almost fallen.

not light headed or dizzy. i just topple over lol and drop food like fix my plate and its faced down on the floor. i have lost 40lbs in 3 months carbs are from 80 -150grams so maybe i am off a little

delta you are so right but when i read ppl that lost 60lbs in 3 months im like WTH. my nut said she would like to know what they are eating and wonder if they are malnutrition. but i guess everyone is differant. -

i feel the same way. every now and then i find something i like for example . bacon yummy. and i made a chicken sandwich which was tasty. but most foods i just dont like anymore. i use to love cheetos i have tried them serveral times since surgery and they taste like grease and cheese and makes me nauseaus but the fat person inside says eat them anyway. but overall i feel the same way
