  1. here is my count for today. Breakfast 2 chicken breakfast links, 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 english muffin(yep got it all in) snack luna bar (eat early in the day for this one 23grams of carbs) lunch 1/2 breaded chicken sandwich, made of 1/2 wheat bun, trader joes breaded chicken breast 1/2 slice light cheese lettuce tomatoe snack trader joes 5 layer bean dip 1/2 cup, trader joes no salt white corn tortilla chips 14 dinner chicken stir fry made with 2 oz grilled chicken, asparagas mushrooms onions. snack tuna salad 2 oz, 1/4 cup apple slices calories 1291 carbs 107 protien 86 fat 46 keep in mind this is similar to the counts i had in december where i averaged 2-3lbs per week we shall see if this scale moves, wish me luck
  2. grazing is like eating your meal and a few min later you are picking at something else. 2-3hrs goes like this for example i ate at 915am i will eat again at 1115am if i feel hungry, if not i go to the 3rd hour and so on

But the way the body works is think of a camp fire, the fire is burning( metabolism) you keep adding pieces of wood to keep it going(food) but you de id to put a bigger log because u r tired of feeding the fire. If u notice the log takes a long time to burn out( large meal). Do u see where im going with this. The small meal burn up quicly. Another way to explaine it, our bodies are made to go into survival mode if its not being fed it gets scared and holds the food for dear life (starving) but when you feed it every 2_3 hours it think ok I can burn this up because im getting more(weight loss)

    so i use fitclick to log my food so i went back to december because it seems to be when i was losing 2-3lbs a week to see what i was eating and its seems my carbs averaged out to be higher than my protien intake. so instead of taking in 80+ on protien i will reduce it back to 60-75grams aday and my carbs at about 100grams. i am going to try for a whole week to see what happens. i have tried everything else so lets try this. plus i added working out but the scale and inches are not moving . i will let you guys know what happens

    artsong its ok to be mad, i feel for you really i do. it sucks big time im so confused right now i am going to look at my diet the first 3 months and eat that food and see what happens. i know its a tool and we have to work but when you work and the tool is not doing the job it sucks. hopefully this time next year we will look back and laugh i hope sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    you are not alone. i have accepted the scalel is just not moving right now i balance the same 2 lbs weekly 225 223 come on 220 that was my goal before my 6 month checkup and thats next week not going to make it unless there is a miracle

    girl i am inthe same boat but i can see your problem you are putting out a lot and not putting enough back in your body is thinking ist starving and it is holding on what it gets. now read me i eat 900/1000 cals 80/100 grams of protien, 60-80 carbs and started working out 3 weeks ago light wieght and stationary bike

    i just started working out 3 weeks ago and nothing changed. i might have to up mywater some more i drink 70pz or more a day.now im sick and cnat workout because im resting my body fully so i can be 100 percent better.not working out ofr 4 days. back at it thurday though

    green i was told high protien can constipate you. take some flaxseed and fish oil that might help natrually and up the water it makes the path easier. BECCA LOOKING GOOD GIRL parker thanks i feel a little better, found out its an ear infection very painful. the antibiotics are working. ok team sept i think i have offically stalled HELPPPPPPPP. i lost 2lbs and it came back and been holding for about a week. parker i am working out also but its not pushing it off like yours grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. god give me the strength to understand i have lost a lot of weight and my body is trying to adjust. on the lighter note i am officially a college student. yayyyyyyyyyyyy
