No supervised diet! Yay!! It seems different in the uk, and plus I'm going private, so I could have my op in the next 4 weeks, which is super exciting!!! I've so many gorgeous clothes, I can't wait to fit into again! Go us!!! Jess

I also take meds for my anxiety, might ask my doctor to give me a higher dose for post op. -
