I do walk I been shopping and I tried to attend a meeting and it's all just sitting in my abdominal cavity. I have gas strips itobed it down from my chest I haven't tried the heating pad yet. Thanks

Ok I still have a lot of gas. I'm not feeling it in my shoulders no more but right under my ribs and abdonimals if full. I've been walking idk wht else to do.

I am so nervous about getting banded tomorrow. I have thousands of worries going throw my head like am i chewing enough? How am I going to keep the extra skin at a low? should I do this? I mean I lost 20 lbs postt op why get banded? Ive been thinking just do it with out being banded. smh IDK.....I alsoworry abt the pain after surgery like how long will the pain last? Maybe its all pre op gitters. Then Im excited cause when I look at everyone elses after pics my mind says I cant wait to be there....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I remember a time when I was 12 my family and I was on our way to a family bbq and he was about to go over a speed bump he told me to left my butt off the seat as he goes over the bump so I dont hurt the car...

Ok this question goes to any June bandsters. My surgery is for the 13th but I'm in school 3 days a week. I have someone to pick me up to go to school but wht kind of pain are we talking abt. Cause I can only miss 1 more day of class.
