I just watch what I eat use fitness pal an try to do any type of exercise as often as possible ie : portion size ...protein is first just small thing ... I was banded on 7-5-12 an I'm down 60 lbs with out a fill hope this helps

I was banded on July 5 an is down 36 lbs I'm soooo happy I still have a long way to go

I'm 5 days out an no pain just sore but almost 100 % back just wonder why I waited soooo long !

I was banded yesterday so far so good little pain just sore make sure u walk walk it makes it all better

Ok less than 24 hours I will begin my new life an healthy life I'm due at the hospital @ 6:30 am
