Rough. The pain was unbearable. I had my surgery June 26. I had 2 stay for 2 nights. None of the pain medications worked in the hospital at first. I went to my first appointment and I lost 13 lbs. My surgery said that was toooooo much weight. Im Dehydrated. I was on my cycle . It was bad. I have PCOS. My recovery has been longgggggg. It hurts to drink. Im getting them down . Its still painful. I refuse 2 go back 2 the hospital. I have 2 go back next Monday. If im still dehydrated I got 2 go back in the hospital for IV. I was in the hospital crying. The nurse had the nerve 2 tell me not to focus on my cycle. She said if I don't drink I don't go home. I started pouring the Isopure in the sink. Like I drink it. It was no way I could drink that stuff in 1 hour with all the pain of my cycle. I wrote in the sheet myself. I told her I was in pain, huge clots like my miscarriage was coming out of me. Im drinking now. I feel better. Im good on the Protein. I know it will get better. Please excuse the grammatical errors. Im on my new pain meds. Codine liquid had me itching. I was sleeved last Tuesday. Iv experienced so much pain. I went 2 my first appointment and I lost 13 lbs. I was happy. The doctor said that was too much weight. He did say I was dehydrated. I have had a time. I have Pcos and my cycles have been a monster.I was in the hospital bleeding uncontrollable. Anywho I have 2 go back 2 the doctor next week. He said if I have not improved on my liquid intake back 2 the hospital. A lady on here told me 2 get this herb to help with my cycle. I really appreciate that. I sent my hubby to get it. The rest of that stuff online is 2 high. I go 2 my local target or walmart and compare the ingredients. I refuse 2 get broke off this Protein. Whole foods have sample packs of protein for 79cent. I bought me a rubbermaid 2 QT bottle. I pour my Water in one to keep up with the amount. I put my Liquid Protein in the other. It helps me. I know when both bottles are gone, I know reach my protein and water goals. I pour 4 waters in the little cups they give u in the hospital and 4 Proteins. That is the only way I can keep up with everything. I have 2 take the liquid out of the original bottles and measure them. It works for me.
