Hey friend!!!!! Im having the upper gi in the morning. I was on so many pain meds. How are you? Listen to your body . Fight for yourself. I think the doctor that, I was lying. The test and two different hospitals with different doctors dont lie. I was in pain and needed serious medical attention.

Crush ice and water helps me. I blend my ice and water. Its like a icy. I use my spoon verse a straw. I also use crystal light, sugar free kool aid and G2. I crush the ice then at my liquid. I love Costco. I get a good workout. Excellent place to walk. I cool off by going to the walk in cooler where they keep all the fresh fruits and vegetables. Lol. There cheaper than Sams. They have all the liquid Vitamins and Protein shakes. The Kirkland Water is very good. I think you get over 30 some waters for 3.00 plus .
