Hello.... I'm Erika and I will be sleeved July 12,2012 in Chicago . I will be having my surgery with Dr Cahill at Little Company of Mary. I'm nervous but excited and I'm here to gain advice and recipes.

I have that and mine was covered because I went to a bcbs center of excellence.... My total cost after surgery after co payments and doctor fee was around $1,120 -

Ok I've tried to make a few shakes using my unjury chocolote splender but they come out nasty.... Please give me some options on how to make a great shake..., for the last three days I've been going to jamba juice to buy a protein shake but I realized they have too much sugar for me.... Please share your shake methods and recipies

Three weeks ago I had my surgery and weighed in at 230 lbs. today for my check-up I weighed in at 193!!!! Wow I'm sooo happy!!

What are you all eating three weeks out? My guide tells me to drink 4 weeks of Protein shakes then soft foods starting 8/24 I might have to alter this a little lol

Today is my first day on protein shakes after two weeks on a full clear liquid diet. I have to have these shakes for the next 4 weeks. Took my first few sips and instantly got sick.... Help!

Ok so I'm three days out and I'm always hungry ..... Wtf??? Also I started bleeding and I know it's not my time of the month.... Why?

Got my sleeve July 12 and all I can say is pain!.... Today it's gotten much better but for some odd reason my shoulders and legs hurt too...... I'm really not that hungry or thirsty but I try to sip as much water as I can... However it hurts like heck going down.....
