I am also hypo. I actually changed from synthroid to natural aurmour thyroid. I feel so much better. The weight loss has been real slow. 15 months post op and no where near my goal but still thankful for the sleeve. Without it I would have not lost what I did but would have gained more. -
I will be one year out on March 13. What viramens/supplaments is everyone taking at this point in our wl journey?

It seems I read somewhere that the sleeve was originally suppose to be the first step now before bypass. Especially if you have alot to loose. But then again I could be wrong. But so could they.....and you may loose more than you ever thought you could. Best wishes!!!!

I have had the Mirena since sept 2009. No period since march 2010. Surgery was march 13,2012. Does the Mirena cause slow weight loss. Did you gsin weight after you had it put in. Either post or pre op? Thanks

Yes I would! I have lost 50 pds. since March. Slow but thats ok. If I didnt loose anymore it would be ok.
