firstly id like to congratulate you on your sleeve.... as far as "what have i done " i went through the same thing .. everything was great until i became ill at two weeks i was always sick & vomiting i did not get anything down at all for two months what kept me going was ice & iv from the hospital at the ending of being ill sitting in the emergency room with my mom i broke down & wondered now what did i just do to my body & im christian & knew god will bring me thru the pain & see the light ......... it gets better i promise in a few weeks youll see your body changing and the shortly after that realize oh my gosh 60 lbs gonee forever keep positive the best part of this surgery is coming you can check out my you tube on my journey & struggle youtube name : skinnycupcake13

i got sleeved july 13th ; what i thought to be the greatest day of my life .... first two weeks were ok no complications or anything then BAMM who knew id spent the next 2 months in and out of the hospital with chronic nausea , i didnt eat all i did was sleep and watch movies & vomit ... i even did accupuncture which made me vommit more and finally went to a diffrent hospital where i spent 4 days i was severly dehydrated and my hernia caused me to be sick but at the hospital i was able to eat solid food & everything got better i started at 238 and leaving the hospital was at 187... now im better and able to eat regular food like salad and chicken my tastebuds do change quite often and i enjoy more salads for everymeal .. i used to hate them now a month later im back up to194 and havent loss anymore weight IS THIS IT? since i was sick i couldnt do anything so alot of my mussul in my legs and arms went away now that im better im going to start the gym ... in the course of my recovery my father passed away ... he was 49 had a heart attack from no where:( he was in the hospital for pain in his stomach & on the day they were releasing him he had a massive heart attack i have been dealing with my emotions i guess i will begin to see a counslor this month .. when i was feeling better even after my dad past away i was feeling great & sexy i felt the 50lbs gone now im sad all the time & i stopped seeing my body changing i feel like before i had the surgery . im not sure if im getting depressed or whats going on

i had surgery on july 13 th & was fine for two weeks then suffered intense nausea for about amonth so i did not have anything to eat or drink for a month so i was dehydtred & hospitalized for it for 5 days they went in & did a upper gi & then was cleared for solid food since then. i started at 236 and when i left the hospital was at 188 now im up to 195 is this normal?

My surgeon is on vacay but he said its completely normal with the major surgery ; the reglen and Zoloft don't help & food is so disgusting to me I can't smell it nothing I sip juice and Water they make me sick but I try every 45 mins to drink some Sent from my iPhone using VST
