[size=4][font=verdana, geneva, sans-serif]My story... In June of 2007 I weighed 213 lbs. I chose to get a lapband. By the end of 2010 I was 138. I was very happy. Never had a problem. Starting in 2011 I started throwing up a lot and couldn't figure out why. I even got the fluid taken out. I seemed ok for awhile but before I knew it, it was 2012 and I had gained almost all my weight back and was hurting on my side off and on. I went to the doctor and found out I had a hiatal hernia and my lapband had slipped and possibly eroded. Dr. Teel discussed my surgery options and one of them was to convert to the sleeve if my stomach had a hole in it. After much and I mean much studying and searching about this surgery I decided to do it. I am just starting on this journey and I hope that this tool will help me reach and keep my weight goal!
