Gastric Sleeve Experience And My Story.

Welcome to VST Andreas wow, sleeved in 2009. Almost a three year sleever, that definately makes you a veteran. How long has your weight loss been stalled? Any idea why? We've got a great community here. I hope you choose to hang around a while. We seem to do a pretty good job of keeping each other motivated and focused on our targets. Being a 3year veteran, I'm not sure how much advice we can offer, but we are really good at the support & community thing.

    Need Sexy Legs Asap!

No, but neither does it help to shape it either. To help create a shaply derrière you need to do squats & lunges.

Keep Lap Band On And Still Get Sleeve?

There is a thread somewhere in this forum recently where this exact scenario was played out. It becomes a coding issue, the insurance may not directly cover the removal of the band, but because it is required to perform the VSG there is a different medical code that makes it coverable. You should talk to your surgeon about this because it is so specific and they may need to research the coding.

    Single Incision Sleeve

It is known as the spider method. The reason it hasn't been widely adopted yet is because it is still relatively new and does carry a slightly higher risk for complication.

    Jittery

PPI is proton pump inhibitor. Like Prilosec. Priority #1 for you right now though is to get more liquid. Dehydration is a real problem. Are you having a hard time swallowing? Or do you just not like Water? Wether is the best thing, but if you just can't stand water, try Gatorade G2 or Vitamin Water zero.

    Soups

The wonton soup broth will be fine. At 1week out I'd be careful with the egg drop. I'd recommend sending it through a strainer first.

    Aspartame And Joint Pain

I am wondering if anybody here has experienced joint pain while using aspartame. I read several articals yesterday and there are reports both ways. People with joint pain that seem to get relief when aspartame is introduced into heir diet. And those with no history suddenly feeling pain after adding aspartame. I know many of us are using a lot of this because it is in most of our Water flavorings contain it.
